RETIRED!!!!

Leon and I are both officially retired! Can’t wait to get on the road now. Finally items at the sticks and bricks are being sold and we are beginning to see a light at the end of the tunnel. A few tuneup items to do on the Great White Buffalo and we’ll be heading down to Florida for a month or two. We’ll be staying nearing our oldest son, Jason, in Milton, Florida. I’m sure we’ll be heading to the beach several times.

Retirement is getting closer!! Just two short weeks to go!! We can get up when we want, go where want, when we want. First stop will be Texas to get our state of domain established, then we'll probably head south to the Florida panhandle for a while until we move west to Tucson, Arizona for our second Escapees rally in March. I've waited for so long to be able to retire and travel I hope it all goes according to plan and we don't have to many issues along the way. We know everything can't always be perfect but we are sure going to try and make it that way! I'm lucky that I have my own personal mechanic, Mr. Fix-it, Jack-of-All-Trades to travel with! I'll be learning to drive the "Great White Buffalo" while at the rally in Tucson. That should be fun!? Then I can drive and Leon can make me a bologna sandwich on the road! HeHeHe!

Retirement is getting closer!! We will be hitting the road this December 2018 for our life on the road!! We are living in the Great White Buffalo now at a local RV park and getting the sticks and bricks ready to put on the market. Seems like that is taking forever! Count down has started!!

Escapade 58!

We attended our first Escapee's RV club Escapade Rally in Sedalia, Missouri. There were so many RV'ers there. Great speakers and friendly folks. It was very informative and expensive!! While there we found our dream home and traded off our 2005 Monaco Dynasty for a 2008 Monaco Signature 45 Commodore IV. We are calling it the Great White Buffalo! You'll understand when you see the photo below. We also found great places to eat in town. Also, a great micro-brewery! We love a good brew!!
